The teaching is as follows:

3. Purchase Flow

After buying Flow, transfer to the Blocto app wallet Click on the FLOW asset card and you will see the “Send, Receive, Pledge” button below

Explore under the Blocto wallet, find the built-in BloctoSwap and click Note: This time you need to use tusdt to participate, and you must convert Flow to tusdt
